Description
Google Ads Services for Small Business: Audits, Setup, and Full Management
Google Ads is the system that puts your business at the top of Google search results when someone searches for what you sell. You pay only when someone clicks. Done well, it brings in more leads at lower cost than almost any other channel. Done badly, it quietly burns money for months. We offer three ways to fix that, depending on how much help you want: a written audit at $400, a full audit plus the setup work at $1,000, or full monthly management at $1,500.
Pick the tier that matches where you are right now. The comparison table below shows exactly what is included in each, in plain English. If you are not sure which to pick, jump to the FAQ at the bottom; the last question walks you through it.

Which tier should I pick?
Audit Only ($400)
Pick this if you already have a Google Ads account that has been running for a while and you want to know what is broken. You get a written report with a prioritized list of fixes, in plain English, that you can hand to anyone. We never touch your account; you keep the report and decide what to do with it.
Audit + Setup ($1,000)
Pick this if you are starting from zero, or you have an account but it never quite worked, or you want the audit AND the work done in one go. We do the review, set up the tracking on your website so you can tell which clicks become customers, write the 30-day plan, and hand it all back to you to run.
Managed ($1,500 per month)
Pick this if you want someone running the account every single week so you can stop thinking about it. We adjust costs, add new search words, remove the ones that waste money, and send you a one-page report each month. Month-to-month, cancel any time, no contract that auto-renews.
Still not sure? The FAQ at the bottom of this page answers the most common beginner questions. Or pick Audit Only ($400) as a low-risk way to start, then upgrade once you trust us.
How we run things, in plain English
The thing most beginners worry about is “will I understand what they are doing.” We built our process to answer that worry on day one.
- Read-only access first. We log in to your account in look-but-do-not-touch mode. You see exactly what we see, before any change is proposed.
- No surprises. Every change we want to make goes into a written plan first. You read it, you ask questions, you say go. Then we make the change.
- Plain-English change logs. When we change a bid, swap an ad, or pause a search word, we write down what changed and why, in language a non-marketer can read. You get the log every cycle.
- You can cancel any time. The Managed tier is month-to-month. The two one-time tiers are pay-once-and-done. No contract, no exit fee, no auto-escalating retainer.
- You own everything. Your Google Ads account stays in your name. The tracking we set up lives on your website. The report is yours. If you walk away, you walk away with all of it.
- Real human, one business day. WhatsApp or email reply within one business day. You talk to the person actually running your account, not a junior account manager.
Who this is for
We built this for first-time Google Ads buyers. If you have ever thought any of these sentences, you are in the right place:
- Small-business owner running their own ads: “I set up Google Ads myself but I do not really know if it is working. I want someone to look at it and tell me.”
- Ecommerce founder spending $500 to $5,000 per month on ads: “The bills hurt and the orders are not where I expected. I do not need a 30-page report; I need someone to fix the obvious things.”
- Services business that gets leads through phone calls: “Everyone keeps telling me I should run Google Ads. I have no idea where to start. I just want my phone to ring with the right kind of customers.”
- Agency curious about a Google Ads consultant on retainer: “I run a small agency and I want a senior Google Ads consultant on a monthly retainer for my clients without hiring full-time.”
If you spend more than $10,000 a month on ads, have an in-house specialist already, or want a 30-page strategy deck before any work starts, we are probably not the best fit; you will be happier with a larger agency. We are built for the buyer who wants more leads at lower cost without the agency overhead.
Frequently asked questions
What is Google Ads?
Google Ads is the system that puts your business at the top of Google search results (and on a lot of other Google properties like YouTube and Gmail) when someone searches for what you sell. You only pay when someone actually clicks your ad. Done well, it is one of the most direct ways to get customers; done badly, it can quietly burn money. The whole point of this page is to take “done badly” off the table for you.
How long does it take to see results?
First clicks usually start within a few days of going live. The honest answer to “is this working” takes longer, usually 30 to 60 days. Google’s system needs time to learn which clicks turn into actual customers before it gets efficient at finding more of them. The Managed tier sends you a one-page report every month so you can see the trend, not just one good or bad day.
Do I need to already be running Google Ads?
No. The Audit + Setup tier is built specifically for people starting from zero; we set up the account, the tracking, and the first 30-day plan. The Audit Only tier needs an existing account because there has to be something to look at; if you do not have one yet, pick Audit + Setup. If you have been comparing options from a few different Google Ads agency websites and you just want one place that does the whole thing, you are in the right tier already.
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
SEO is the work of getting your website to show up in the regular Google results below the ads, where you do not pay per click. Google Ads is the paid spots at the top of the page, where you pay each time someone clicks. SEO usually takes 6 to 12 months to move the needle. Google Ads can start sending you visitors the same day. Most growing businesses do both, but Google Ads is the faster path when you need leads now.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly Managed tier is month-to-month with no contract; tell us by the end of the month and we stop the next month. The Audit Only and Audit + Setup tiers are pay-once-and-done, so there is nothing to cancel. We do not lock you into anything, and we do not run auto-escalating retainers that quietly bump up every quarter.
Which tier should I pick?
If you have an account that has been running and you mostly want to know what is broken, pick Audit Only ($400). If you are starting from zero, or you got the audit and want it executed, or you want the whole package in one go, pick Audit + Setup ($1,000). If you want someone running the account every week so you can stop thinking about it, pick Managed ($1,500 per month). Still unsure? Start with Audit Only; it is the lowest-commit option and you can always upgrade later.
Pick a tier above and add it to cart. Or message us if you want to talk it through first; we would rather hear from you than have you pick the wrong tier and regret it.
